Motive fitness studio is a private workout studio designed to limit distractions and maximize results. ABOUT

INSTRUCTORS

DYLAN PIERCE  NSCA-CPT
Certified Personal Trainer / Strength Coach 
 
 Dylan took his love of sports and movement and studied it at The University of Texas at Austin, where received his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. He worked heavily with the Sports Medicine team at UT across various sports including football, baseball, women’s basketball, and track. After graduating, he began his personal training career by helping people of all ages and fitness levels reach their fitness goals, which ranged from shedding years of fat build up to helping students get ready for their next competitive season. He worked as a strength and conditioning coach with the Shanghai men’s and women’s volleyball teams. He spent six months in Shanghai, China with the Attack Athletics staff, with whom he helped prepare the JV and varsity teams for their National Volleyball tournament. Upon returning to the United States, Dylan started training at what is now Motive Fitness Studio. He specializes in weight loss, strength training, and sport-specific training. He also specializes in exercise modification and rehabilitation for those that may be dealing with old injuries or limitations from surgeries or muscle imbalance. Dylan is eager and excited to help anyone who is ready to take on a more physical lifestyle! He can help you build the foundation for your fitness journey!

A one hour training session with the gym to yourself. Workouts are personally designed to help you reach your fitness goals. No matter your fitness level, the workouts will progress as you progress, with new and challenging workouts each session.

60 minutes

A one hour training session with your favorite workout buddy. Bring your 

husband or wife, family member or friend, and reach your goals together.

Small Group

45-60 mintues

Enjoy the benefits of group training with the attention to detail of personal training. You and your friends can train together or request to join a small group of motivated people at your similar fitness level.
